  • Added date and time to the Order Activity in POS app

  • Added Vendor Balance to the Vendor List in Inventory. We now display total owed to each vendor on the Vendor List.

  • Added export button to the vendor list. Vendor list is now exportable to csv file. You can export vendors name, license number, contact information and the balance to the file.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed Add Order button being greyed out. The issue when in dispatcher mode you click Add order and then click Cancel, Add Order button became greyed out.

  • Added paging to the patient purchase history. In some case with when going to the patient history and purchases, the system will take long time to load all record. This part is updated and pages added.

  • Fixed when subtotal was changed by 1 cent when click Charge button.

Update: May 14 2018

-Write off is updated and converted to Adjust. Adjust function will allow to better manage inventory. This function allows to decrease or increase inventory levels for products and select appropriate reason. When decreasing the inventory, the expense now is optional. Check out the manual here

-Order fulfillment statuses for delivery and pick up orders. This function will let your customers and employees know that the order is ready to be picked up or to be assigned to the driver. After you saved the order for delivery or pick up, go to order profile and select start fulfilling. When the order is ready select Fulfilled from the order profile to set the team know that this order is available for pick up or delivery. Filters are also available for orders to track orders that need fulfillment or have been fulfilled already.
