New Features

  • [Indica Oklahoma] The tax-exemption feature is now available:

    In the state of Oklahoma, some patients may be eligible for tax-exempt status (e.g. veterans). By default, the tax tier is specified on the patient form, where the option "Tax Exempt" is available. We suggest applying the appropriate tax tier previously created when creating an order.

  • ​​[Indica Oklahoma] New patient types for Oklahoma have been added:
    In Oklahoma, to produce compliant reports, the status of "adult patient" is given to all existing medical and recreational patients and all new patients will be assigned the appropriate patient type such as "adult patient," "minor patient," "temporary adult patient" and "temporary minor patient."

  • [Indica Oklahoma] Added new vendor types: ​ ​

    Depending on the vendor type (grower or processor), the vendor information can be specified when creating or editing a vendor profile. Information about a vendor should be saved at the time of the product check-in or can be edited or changed for the existing vendors in the "Vendor List" section.

  • [Indica Oklahoma] Generate monthly Cannabis reports: ​

    Now you can have a separate report of your data for each month so you can follow the state regulations and requirements. With a little bit of planning, you can generate reports for a certain time period. Just follow our monthly Cannabis reporting guide to generate and download your monthly reports.

  • [Indica Oklahoma] New recommendation and caregiver forms have been added:

    New recommendation and caregiver forms have been added to a patient profile to include all the necessary information. You can complete a new recommendation and caregiver form after creating a profile where you can provide all the information you need.

  • [Indica Oklahoma] ​New types of products have been added: ​

    Companies registered in Oklahoma State are now able to select new types of products when creating a new product profile. IndicaOnline gives you some time to be able to go over your inventory and manually adjust the inventory data in accordance with our full guideline for the items you currently have.

  • [IndicaOnline] A new shipping label template is now being used for delivery and mail orders:

    IndicaOnline allows you to prepare and print shipping labels that will be attached to the packaging for domestic shipments. The new shipping label includes the patient's name, shipping address, telephone number, and total order amount.

New Features

  • Added a new section "Inventory Migration":

    ​All customers in California must migrate the current product quantity to Metrc. In order to facilitate this process, the "Migration Inventory" section has been added, in which companies specify the correct categories and the products to be migrated.

  • [ Indica Oregon ] A new "Pre-roll" setting and the "Total Weight" field have been added: ​

    ​The pre-roll weight is now included in the IndicaOnline labels for Oregon. The "Pre Roll" setting allows the total weight of pre-rolled marijuana to be printed on a label when turned on. The total weight of the pre-roll includes the leaves and flowers of dried marijuana, the rolling paper and the filter or tip. In addition, a required field called "Total Weight" will appear when you turn on the setting.

  • ​[ Indica Alaska ] Added additional field ''Producer'' on all Metrc check-in forms:

    ​​Before marijuana is sold, any licensed retail facility must disclose the name of the licensed marijuana producer in writing for labeling purposes. In Indica, a drop-down list has been added to all Metrc check-in forms with an additional field "Producer". This section lists the selection of suppliers that companies need to choose from to be able to print the compliant Cannabis product labels.

  • New Order Source and Order Type filters have been added:

    New Order Source and Order Type filters have been added to simplify the organization and management of purchases using Order Source and Order Type filters in the "Orders" tab. The new Indica tool organizes your order information to help you view and analyze the history of the order more efficiently​​.​

  • ​Print net weight for the Unit Weight products​: ​

    The retailer must ensure that every package of marijuana available for retail sale contains a legible, firmly attached label containing the net weight of the unit weight product.

  • ​​Cancel order with "In transit" status from Potify​: ​

    The delivery order, which was canceled during transit via Potify, will have "Canceled" status assigned to it. The Item Quantity for this order will be put on hold until the product is returned to the shelf.

New Features

  • Split Packages in Metrc:

    We are announcing more functionality to improve our Metrc integration that makes it easy and quick to organize and separate large lots or small packages expressed in different weights into different packages. If you have your inventory items organized as various packages, you would have to split your packages before you can make any product check ins in IndicaOnline.

    In addition, you can choose a Metrc product or create a new product while splitting inventory. You will be able to pick Metrc items from the list of available items in the Split section. If you don’t find corresponding Metrc product, you can create your own under the Configurations tab. If necessary, you can even add or create Strain variability to diversify your sales.

  • Metrc Product Items New Directory:

    Metrc Product’s new directory of items is now available. The directory allows you to search items by name, organize your items in categories, organize your items by facilities, sync existing and add new products.

  • Metrc Strains New Directory:

    Add information to your Metrc Product Items list by creating a new strain in the Metrc Strains Directory. To create your new strain profile, simply add your Strain Name, Testing Status, THC , CBD , Indica (%), Sativa (%), and choose a facility.

  • Create New Products for Compliance Reports in Saskatchewan Canada:

    For proper reporting, changes have been implemented for each Product type and the Transfer to Another Product management. Due to the compliance and inventory packaging requirements for MMJ products, each prepackage of a certain category will have its own Product Type. All you need to do is to set up New Product profile in accordance with our instructions and you are ready to go!

The latest IndicaOnline update includes some of our most innovative features to date. We've launched the beta version of Route Optimization for our delivery application. This feature will optimize the route for multi-stop deliveries to avoid heavy traffic, car accidents, road construction, and other traffic delays. This will allow delivery drivers to fulfill all orders within a preset delivery time threshold.

  • Added Metrc Compliant Product. To help make transition and integration with Metrc easier and faster we are introducing Metrc Compliant Products (MCP). You can edit existing or create a new product profile and make it MCP. These products will have the same properties and options as integrated Metrc products, but wont be reported to the State.

Update: Apologies for the Service Interuption

We at IndicaOnline would like to sincerely apologize for the brief service interruption that occurred earlier today from 11:10am-12:50pm. We're really sorry for the inconvenience and are working tirelessly to prevent this from happening in the future.

On Monday, July 16th IndicaOnline will be updating our POS Software to replace SAFE with the STORAGE functionality that will allow multiple offices to create their own storage. This will make cannabis inventory more efficient for businesses with multiple locations to check-in new products and track the inventory for each office.

-Write off is updated and converted to Adjust. Adjust function will allow to better manage inventory. This function allows to decrease or increase inventory levels for products and select appropriate reason. When decreasing the inventory, the expense now is optional. Check out the manual here

-Order fulfillment statuses for delivery and pick up orders. This function will let your customers and employees know that the order is ready to be picked up or to be assigned to the driver. After you saved the order for delivery or pick up, go to order profile and select start fulfilling. When the order is ready select Fulfilled from the order profile to set the team know that this order is available for pick up or delivery. Filters are also available for orders to track orders that need fulfillment or have been fulfilled already.
